Nice Park
We are staying 2 nights. Nice park for medium to smaller rigs. Tight entrance turning in. We stayed in spit 37. Good shade, convenient to grocery, on site store, nice pool, less kids would be nice, overall a great spot for our 24 foot travel trailer and truck. Will definitely stay again.

Nice Park In The Middle Of Town
Park and bathrooms and clean. You can walk anywhere in town from here and ride to the trails right from the park. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They haven’t complained about us working on our dirt bikes or parking them at the tongue of our trailer. (We’re adults and don’t ride tricycles) Off season it’s quite and very fairly priced for the location and amenities.

Visit To Arches National Park
The RV park is centrally located in the city of Moab and within close proximity to Arches National Park. The facilities are clean and conveniently located in the park. Attached to the park is a gas station and laundromat. The spots are fairly wide, however, some with larger equipment may find it difficult to maneuver around in the park. There is a dog park in the back side of the park across a foot bridge. At night, it is very dark. Have a flash light, especially if you are looking for the dumpster 😀😀. We arrived a couple of hours early and the park was about one-third full. The representative wanted to charge us a $30.00 drop fee or half the price of an overnight stay to leave our equipment. We elected to go visit the welcome center instead. Although I thought the early arrival charge was excessive, I would stay again. The staff was helpful and friendly. The excessive early charge did not influence my overall score.

Great Base To Explore Parks & Moab
Now called Sun Outdoors Downtown.Full hook ups very good laundry/bathrooms/showers. Quiet but very easy walking to many restaurants, bike rentals et.al down]town... and don't miss Moab museum = "small museum with a big story". 5 minute drive to Arches and best to do Canyonlands "island in the sky" section as a day trip. Stayed 5 nights =great!!

Great!
This place is great. We were here on Halloween and the manager did a scavenger hunt for the kids. Above and beyond. All the staff was helpful and friendly. We will stay here again.

Perfect location to walk everywhere. Never seen laundry machines that use credit cards... cool. Great site and very friendly staff. A bit spendy but think about the location and the massive amount of fun for the adventurous.

First Time
We are new to the rv experience, but so far have found people to be friendly and helpful. After paying over 100 a night, we find the price for wifi, sewer dump, cable and a nice spot to be worth it. Great location and within walking distance to general shopping. We would stay here again.

Different rules for different people!
The park is nice overall, if you’re into gravel. The pet area has no grass, but a short walk around the playground and down a set of stairs and there is plenty of places and smells for your fuzzy friends! The sites are a bit tight, but easily negotiable. My only criticism would be that the park rules are NOT applied equally. We tow a trike and had to pay $5 extra a night to park it in an obscure out of the way overflow lot. The reason given was that the rules allow for only one vehicle per site. I was fine with this until I went by a site (site 28) with a license plated balloon tired dirt bike leaned up against an Airstream’s hitch and a Toyota pickup parked behind the Airstream. That was two vehicles on that site. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, absolutely nothing was done about it. However I was told that I could leave and get a refund. Rules are fine if they are applied evenly. I would/will NOT stay at another Sun property if it was FREE!

Lots Of Shade And Quiet
Very nice Park but relatively expensive ($60) compared to what we are used to. BUT, you are in the middle of town 0and Arches is very close. We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Staff helpful and friendly.

This would be 5 stars if they had some grass for our Yorkies. All the trees drop stuff on the gravel and our dogs get filthy. Best wi-fi we have ever had in a campground. Too many trees for satellite but cable is good. Laundry is clean. Staff is friendly.

Tent site with water and electric was $250 for 5 days. Very expensive, but it is an RV park. Bathrooms are the cleanest I've seen anywhere. The showers however are not large enough to accommodate a handicapped person. Also, it's not pleasant to be awoken each morning at 5 sharp by the racket of 50-100 crows in camp. These nuisance birds should be addressed. All in all, a clean and nice park
