We stay in this park 3-4 weeks every summer for the past 7 years on our way back home from Montana and Wyoming. It is expensive but It is a 5 star park. Very spacious sites, adult and kid pools and hot tubs. Large dog run. Staff is accommodating and we keep coming back. Book a year in advance!!

Best RV Resort We've Stayed In
If I could give it more stars I would, 5+++++. We have stayed at many campgrounds around the country and this is by far the best! Amazing staff, beautiful meticulous clean grounds and facilities, which are plentiful as well. Huge level concrete sites, with privacy bushes between, awesome hook ups, WiFi and cable. Trash pick up, huge dog parks, which are best we've seen. We have paid twice as much for far less. The scenery from the campground is breathtaking. I am writing this sitting at the heated pool looking at snow covered mountains. The town of Heber is so quaint and nice. 20 min to Provo and BYU, 25 min to Park City, and 50 min to Salt Lake City. We will definitely have to make this place a stop on our next westward trip. LOVE IT HERE.

Our first night in our RV was made very easy in this clean well managed RV resort with easy to manage sites. Lots of amenities, helpful staff, good general location. Would stay again.

Could have done without the loud live music on a Thursday afternoon and evening. I was on a zoom meeting starting at 5:30 mountain time. Music was loud enough to be annoying, even with doors and windows closed. After my meeting I went out to see what was happening. Set up on lawn near office. Only a couple people seemed to be listening. Finally stopped. But after a break, began again and sent til 8 pm. Otherwise, clean, pleasant staff, since I didnt use most of amenities, price seemed steep.

Not Our Idea Of Camping
Want a splashy resort with all night traffic including big rigs passing by? Then this is your place. Very little sleep.. Office staff were truly exceptional! Site was very clean and neighbors were close at hand... row after precise row. To be fair we prefer rugged mountain locations with wildlife other than that barking rat across from us. And there's the toy hauler who kept his big rear flood lights on that kept us very secure all night. Give me country sites where people actually talk with you rather than look away as you pass by.

Second To None
We were fortunate enough to stay last winter for about 6 weeks.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
I was able to fly out of SLC to work and leave my wife and pets in the safety of the gated park.
Couldn’t have been a better experience.
I recommend this resort above all others.

This is a top notch RV Park! Very clean with great amenities. Very kid and dog friendly! We went to Park City for the day which was a quick drive and so much to do. If your passing through this area we highly recommend this park!!

One Of The Best
Big, beautiful, clean and new. Wonderful location in Heber Valley. Only half hour from Park city. We spent the first days of spring skiing and loved coming back to this beautiful RV resort. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The adult section is super nice if you want to avoid kids on skateboards and bikes. The pet park is the best we’ve seen. It must be a half acre fenced in area. Our dogs loved it. We paid $52.20 per night for a 90 foot pull through.

Great Park, Super Nice Staff
This lovely RV resort has a lot to offer. Wide roads, large concrete sites. In the lovely town of Heber, UT. Most of all the staff here was super nice and helpful while will had all of the hydraulic lines replaced in our 2017 motorhome (as the manufacturer used the incorrect, undersized clamps). These folks could not have been more helpful or understanding. We will always stay here when we are in the area - esp to rent one of their street legal side by sides!

Our Favorite Rv Park In Utah
Pricey, but clean. Beautiful views. Close to everything. It is right on the road, running our fan or a/c blocks all of the noise. There is a newer addition that is 21 and over. We like to run the main loop in the original park which is a perfect 1/2 mile-- for any other runners/ walkers.

Had A Nice Stay
We stayed there for two nights and have to admit that we loved the experience! The amenities were too notch and it was nice to have a big shower and a clean laundry room at the end of the day. We will be back! I noticed that the spots were kind of tight in the family section but on the adult side the row I walked was enough for a “double wide” on the concrete. Wished we were kid free for our stay LOL

Two things I don't understand about this park and one regret. First, why are there thee dollar signs and numerous comments about high price? This is one of the least expensive parks we've stayed at. Second, how the heck can they charge so little with so many amenities, well kept grounds, and spotless cleanliness all round? The concrete pads are perfectly level, which was a pleasant change from expensive uneven dirt/gravel. Staff are top-notch in customer service and friendly to boot. Nice military discount as well. Our regret: only had time for one night stand. Most strongly recommend this place.

These guys really know how to set up an RV park. Everything was great and the personnel were all very kind as well. A first class place.

Very nice, the adult only section w/ clubhouse, pool & hot tub is top notch.
The digital cable would not accommodate our older coach, other than that everything was perfect

Resort At Regular Prices
I couldn't figure out how they can afford to offer so much for this price except for the fact that they are near capacity on a Sunday night. Super clean, family and over 21 areas both super nice! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful RV Park
Very nice place. It's new and extremely well done. The showers are the best I have ever used at a RV park. It is located very close to national forests and reservoirs. Great clubhouse and pool.

# 10 Rating Earned
Very well designed and maintained park. Expensive but when you walk into a private shower / toilet room decorated with slate and marble you start to understand. This is a very high end facility.
Lots of families. Nice pool, clubhouse, basketball court, laundry. All first class.
Owner indicated he was opening an adult only area in the next phase.

This park is well above the average RV park...we stayed 3 nights. Clubhouse/Office, grounds, pool/hot tub/firepit, playground, sport court, restrooms, laundry are impeccably kept. Friendly staff. We loved the RZR rental available on-site! They also have the cabins. Activities seem well attended...not our thing as a rule. Security gate was a bonus.
* Large rigs over 42' - turns can be tight.
* Road noise audible (highway). Our spot was on back row.
* Limited view of Mountains in distance.
* Power pole is tall...possible slide issues if parked too close to hook-ups
* Spots are fairly close together with a picnic table
* Price (however, we will stay again)
