This park is so clean and Unique in its decor and lay out you won’t want to leave that’s its only flaw you can’t live here 😢 The staff and the entire place is just First Class

From enter to departure this RV Park is 1st Class! Friendly to the Max! Shade flat concrete pads water electric 30/50 no Sewer but they will come dump it for you! Will return soon! Thank you for the wonderful experience of your park!

Great Stay On The Lake

Great little place on Lake Tyler! We look forward to see what it will all look like once the Check-In/Events Center is complete. The Staff is very accommodating and keep the park clean. We’d definitely come back. NOTE: Many sites along the beach have a negative grade, so just keep that in mind when unhooking also no dump at your site (but they can empty your tanks for $15 if needed)

Great place to stay. Facilities are top notch. They really take pride in taking care of the park. Paul the guy that runs the place is awesome. He saw that my mom that has had back issues, was not getting around all that well. Instead of letting her walk to the car to ride back to the camper from the pier, he went and got her in the golf cart so she did not have to walk.

We love the Boulders! Great paved, roomy sites with water & elec hook ups. New awesome bath houses & boardwalk with fishing pier.
