Hidden Gem

Staff was great. Pads are level. Previously mentioned ant problem is non existant. Full st. Augustine grass yards that are well maintained. Lot is a very well installed and compacted white gravel. No noise. No fuss. No problems.

Nice Sites, But Ants Ants Ants

Concrete pads were nice, but the park is overrun by ants. It was bad. The RV sites and hotel combo was great. Hotel is typical beach n right next to RV spaces, so we could get a lot of folks together right on the beach. Beach water had high fecal content, so no playing in the water was a bit of a drag. Probably would go to Galveston next time due to beach conditions n ants all over the park
