Worth the Stay
We stayed here 2/14/26. There is a large rectangle paved lot that has apx 19 electric sites. Ours was 30 amp & there wasn't water at our site. We were next to the rest rooms which were nice and next to the community center. Plenty of room, we were the only campers. It's on a golf course, lots if grass areas to throw balls for a dog or kids to run around. A playground. Easy on, easy off the highway. All for $15 payed at the golf course. Call this # (432) 758-3808 it's the golf course shop and also pay there. Friendly. Definetly recommend for one or more nights.

Secret Gem
Outstanding park that no one seems to know about. We stayed for one night and no one joined us all night. Follow the road left after leaving the highway and entering the park. Clean public toilets are very close and the community center is just a little bit further. We rolled in in a Revel and only used the available shore power. Did not notice a water connection. Paid $15 per night at the golf course pro shop on the other side of the park. Free (or very low cost) RV dump available.
Will happily stay at the Gaines County Park if in the area again.
