3 Nights No Sleep
1st stay was 5 star. This stay, jerk next to us has people in several times during the night with loud tail pipes, right outside my window. No management to contact at night, just answering service to leave a message for the next morning. Since these visits happened all night and as late as 4am last night, seems like a drug dealer next door. 11 pm tonight same he’s still at it. It’s a beautiful park with level concrete pads. Great staff during the day. No night staff to deal with problems has ruined our stay. Plus don’t think it’s save for my grandkids with all this shady behavior at night.

Nice park.... very well maintained and great staff. Park is a little expensive compared to others we’ve stayed. WiFi is very poor and makes streaming tv, zoom or internet poor to non-existent most of the time. Owners need to improve amenities in park like playground for kids and WiFi in order to be a first class park.

Really Nice Park!
We were only going to stay 1 night but it was such a nice place and the weather was perfect , we stayed two nights and really enjoyed it. It is a gated community about 15 driving minutes from downtown San Antonio’s River walk, which is amazing! They have a really nice large common area that has a pool table, shuffleboard, workout equipment, couches, chairs and TV. The bathrooms are large and clean as well as The laundry room. It does cost $3.25 to do a load of wash. The outside area is beautiful it has a water fountain in the middle of the man-made lake and it has gas barbecues and gas fire pits. The pool and hottub are very nice and clean. The pool was cold though. The staff was helpful and friendly! Would have loved to stay longer and will hopefully come back someday!

Nice Park
Very nice gated park. Nice people. Clean facilities. Quiet day and night. Only drawback is they don't heat the pool however when we came back in March it was about 77 degrees so it is swimable. Good place for visiting San Antonio.

Great Stay
We stayed our first weekend with our new trailer here. It was a little pricy but the place was clean, organized and pet friendly. Didn't have a problem with dogs barking. The park is new so the trees haven't grown enough to give good shady but I imagine in the future every spot should have some good shade.

Very nice park, all concrete pads, nice pool and facilities. A little expensive but worth it. Lots of full-timers. Only problem it’s located next to a neighborhood with lots of barking dogs at night.

Nice Place!
This was a very nice stay for us. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. This park was almost perfect except for a few things. They need a park/playground for kids, a fenced dog run would be nice, it was kind of expensive, and finally there is zero shade. Other than those few things, it’s a great stay!

Five Star resort
We stayed there for 6 months because it was so nice. Absolutely the cleanest, nicest RV Park we have ever seen. It has a beautiful pool and BBQ area plus fire pits overlooking the lake. The dog wash is an added bonus too. You pay for it though as this is a pricey place. Our only complaints were that there is no playground for the kids, the pool closes to kids at 8pm nightly and there is no dog run. Be aware that management is not warm and fuzzy either, although they do have their sweet moments.

Very Nice Resort
Located about 10 miles south of downtown San Antonio, this brand-new RV park/resort is very nice. We were able to get a premium spot on the lake during two of the coldest nights they've had in the past 7 years, therefore they shut off the water each night. The amenities were five star (dog walk area, gym, laundry, concrete sites, common area, large man-made lake) and the community of mostly full-time RV's was very friendly. We would give five stars, except for the Wi-Fi was unreliable or rarely available for us to use, and there was only one restroom/shower facility for the entire Park of 236 spots.

Beautiful
We booked for this place back in January after researching lots of RV places in the San Antonio area. It has been almost a month of being here and we just extended our stay for another month because it is just that awesome! First off, it is a gated community with lots of safety rules in place. This is great since we have two little ones. We have been to other RV parks where people would speed so our boys could not even be on the bikes. Secondly, the whole place is so clean! They have an area in the front where you can chill, work out, do laundry, and shower. Every single time, the place is spotless. They also have free popcorn which is a plus. There are employees who go around the whole park making sure the areas are clean. Thirdly, the lake, bbq grills available to us, pool and jacuzzi made it feel like we were in a fancy hotel resort.
