Turning Into a DUMP

The management must have changed. The staff that work and live here run the show. A couple of the men seem to do all the work and the others seem like bums. Some of their families seem to be like gypsies. Their kids don’t go to school and even they do home schooling which I doubt as other kids said they brag about not going to school. The kids stay in the same clothes for a week at a time. Then the kids are allowed to roam the park unsupervised making noise and tearing up the game room or pool area. Despite having a rule limiting outdoor furnishings the workers junk up the lots as it seems rules don’t apply to them. The pool is not cleaned and has lots of leaves and bugs floating and sediment on the bottom. I will not be staying here again. It’s too bad as this park used to be a nice place a year ago.

Nice Place!

This is a very nice place to stay! We’ve been here for a couple of weeks, and have had a great time. The pool is the best part, because it is HUGE! All the other people staying here are nice and the staff is great (especially Gail). Laundry facilities are abundant and cost $1.75 per load. It’s conveniently located next to all kinds of shopping. There is a fenced in space for dogs to run around and people pick up after them. I really only have two complaints 1. The water tastes funny, so we’re forced to use bottled and 2. The morning commute is terrible. I work about 10-15min away, but it takes me 35-40 because of traffic. Obviously this has nothing to do with the park, but thought I’d share.

Spots are way too close together and no cable there. It seemed like there were a lot of full timers or long term tenants there. Everything else was fine and ladies at the front were very nice, just a little too cramped for us.

Wow What A Great Time!

only stayed for 2 nights but had a blast. The staff was great, the park was well maintained and the kids loved the pool. The bathrooms were so clean! The laundromat was spot on! They had everything you could want in a RV park! Don't know if we will ever top this!

Beautiful park! Well maintained sparkling pool. Lots of fun activities. Staff are very friendly , they even helped us park our rig! The free shuttle to Sea World was a great perk. The laundry facility is updated with all brand new machines. The park is under new management and they do a terrific job making everyone feel welcome! 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
