Disappointed
Yes this is a nicely maintained gravel park and the women staff are friendly but I can’t say that about one of the male staff members. Sunday morning a guy was harrowing the roadways at a high rate of speed throwing rocks. He went around our 5th wheel about 20 times. As I was attempting to drive to the Laundry room, I inadvertently turned up a one way and he followed me to the laundry and parked. He couldn’t wait to get in my face to let me know that I had gone the wrong way on a one way. I tried to explain that I was trying to stay out of his way. He insisted on scolding me. It was a very unpleasant experience! I might add that I was the only vehicle moving in the park besides him. The day before, they were attempting to fix a broken water pipe. My husband who is experienced with this offered to help but was rudely dismissed so water gushed near our site all afternoon. Also avoid site #70. Instead of gravel it I’d piled with cobble on the hookup side which is very hard to walk on.

Nice Park
We stopped overnight and had a pleasant stay. The only detractor is the park is located below the airports landing patth. Due to this there were a large amount of plane noise sporadically during the night.

Great Stay
Had a pull through site with full hookups. Close to the lake and highway. Dog park was clean and site had a patio with chairs and table. Nice walking loop on property next door and pool and park for kids. Easy access to 306 for shopping and restaurants if desired. Close to the airport so be aware that planes will fly over during certain parts of the day. Two Navy F-18s came across our rig and made some noise! We loved it but some might find it a little loud! Got to watch the predators fly over as well and enjoy a nice evening. Will stay again our 4 days were great.

Just a quick overnight. Showed up after hours, but still had a staff member help with the paper work and help me into the spot. Very friendly, clean, and nice. Kids enjoyed the play ground. Will stay again.

One Nighter
Very nice, well maintained park. We had a premium site that included a patio with table and chairs, privacy fence, and was extra wide. Too bad it was so hot, no trees, that we could not filly enjoy it. Staff was very helpful. We would have to come back in late Fall or Winter to fully enjoy it.

Nice Overnight Spot For Us
Have stayed twice with overnight stay. All roads n sites are graveled with shore power, water n septic connections in excellent condition. Very nice staff. Value for the dollar is excellent. Wifi could have been better, but acceptable.

I had to write a review and if I could give more stars I would.
These people were so kind to us. We were only meant to stay 1 night but our 40ft diesel pusher had mechanical issues. The spot we were booked into was booked for someone else after we left. I went in to the office to let them know we could not move. They responded in such a kind manor and said not to worry they would take care of everything. Later, we discovered we would need our spot for a week and they said no problem. They even offered any help I would need with my husband gone back to work for the week. This place is clean and level. Plenty of room in the pull thru for our big rig and tow dolly. Add that to the people who run it and we will be staying here again!!

Very Nice
Very good price, very clean, very friendly and a very level site. Loved the little patio with the state of Texas stamped in it that included outdoor furniture of iron that consisted of a table, two chairs and a two person bench. All very comfortable. Pleasant surprise besides the usual picnic table. Oh there was an outside pole light and a screen for privacy at the patio. Such a nice touch. The proprietors were very friendly too.
