Pros: Best views in Rockport. Maybe the best RV park in Rockport as far as the park and views go.. Cons.. * Road noise is constant * no cable TV * Wi-fi terrible at best. And we were the only RV there...can't imagine what it will be like when there are 30 RV's there. All trying to stream Netflix...good luck with that...!! Pool not heated, really...who builds a pool and doesn't heat it!! I mean for 2k...and you spend 50k on worthless palm trees...humm..a no brainer there...so don't plan on using the pool in the winter... There is a nice weight room, lounge..but its inaccessible unless the office is open. So you can use the facilities from 9-5 Mon - Sat. And 9-3 on Sunday. Mandy is awesome, very helpful. Her personality, and willingness to help is awesome. I wish more RVparks had staff like her...she's a diamond...although she could spend some time with Dr. Phil...!!! ( Sarcasm) So this RVpark has some growing pains..I certainly hope they work them out. We are booked for 2022..
