Definitely customer centered management. Joe lives on the property. listens to inputs from the residents, snowbirds, visitors, and is always working to make the place better. The office staff are friendly and are regularly involved in the parks activities. My kind of place!

No vans allowed. Seemed positive, but took over 30 mins. to get back and thought I was another customer when they did. Just wanted one night to charge batteries because cigarette lighter was suddenly not working.

Beautiful park!

Park is beautifully maintained! Spacious and level concrete pads with easy access. Very friendly and helpful staff. With fitness center and saltwater pool. Cute and homey little restaurant adjoining next door, one of the top rated burger joints in Texas! Great access to Rockport & Port A.
