Upcoming Visit

We are going to be staying here in about 3 weeks. I had to see a patient nearby, so we stopped by and drove around. There is a Marina that has a store with fishing supplies, rv supplies, household supplies, and some groceries. He is opening a grill in about 6 weeks. The owner is a really nice guy. I can't wait to stay there and fish.

Beautiful Lakeside Sites

Well kept COE park with many lakeside or lakeview sites. Several boat ramps, swimming area for summer. Here over Thanksgiving week and still less than half full.

Beautiful park. Large spacious sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice warm showers. The volunteer at the park was super helpful in fixing an electrical issue at our site. The little cafe at the marina was closed, but the chef there offered to open up the kitchen and cook for us! Wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely come back.

Good Park Good Value

Part of the park was closed but it was understanding due to the amount of rain. We had alittle trouble getting a spot reserved at first but it worked out.

Nice Place, Especially the Price

Not sure why the front gate told me only two sites available, only one RV was on the point, the other 10 or more water/elec sites were vacant. Sewer hookup area only had two RVs in there, dump site near it. Nice, secluded lake about 4 miles from Hwy 31, wouldn't even know it was there. $16 was welcomed relief, just stayed overnight. Never seen a gatekeeper take 10 minutes to type in my email into the recreation.gov system, poor man was 'keyboard challenged'. It was windy & about 35°, wouldn't let me come inside, ha.

Nice Place

Only a few sites with sewer hook ups. Spacious sites not to close to one another. Boat ramp and swimming area. No showers in restrooms! WTH?

Love the wide open space and the easy access. Good roads, good sites. Very nice park.
