Best RV Ranch for owners of Dogs! Having a fenced in rv spot was a great idea! I wish more Rv campsites did this! It's a Rv site and dog park rolled into one! The staff at the park were great! The ranch didn't have a ice machine but the staff offered me one out of their own freezer. Pet spa, dog park, propane, showers / bathrooms were clean.

We stayed for a month in June. Close to 380 and Denton. Pool is great for summer heat. Many sites are astroturf covered. Many long term residents. Everyone here has a nice rig. The best part for pet owners is the fact that half the spaces are individually fenced in. 2 nice showers. Nice laundry. The staff is great. You will feel like your stayin in a pasture but other than that, it's a quiet little park.
