Great park

We have camped here twice in a Fifth Wheel and enjoyed both trips. Nice quiet park with 30/50 amp and sewer at most sites. Sites are spacious and shaded. The only real knock is that many sites have the table and fire ring at the rear and behind the trailer. Also would not recommend site #2 unless you like the view and smell of the dumpster.

Great Place To Camp

Went for 2 nights. Dog friendly. Picnic table, fire pit, tent pads. FHU 15/30/50. Quiet. Clean. Bathrooms were clean. Flush toilets and shower. Bring plenty of dry wood as wood nearby is always damp. In the 50s at night...bring heater. Will definitely be back. Stayed in site 30.

Very Nice!

We really liked this campground. Easy access (though all sites are back in), very shaded (necessary in the Texas heat, and right on Lake Conroe. Large spaces with lots of room between sites. Great website for reservations. We would go again for a relaxing weekend near Houston.

First Timers

This place is beautiful. We stayed on the sycamore loop. Very spacious with full hookups. We’ll be back soon. Park hosts were very nice people.

Very Peaceful Setting

We've stayed here three times and love the natural beauty and peace of this campground. The hosts are so friendly and helpful, and the park is well maintained. Both RV loops have trails that lead to the lake. Our 5th wheel is 45 ft, and there are many sites that can accommodate this size at Cagle. The only slight negatives are the lack of wifi and poor cellular service on both Sprint and Verizon. You can make calls but would have a hard time using a hot spot or accessing internet via mobile phone. Other than that, we love Cagle!

Peaceful

Great park in tall pines on the shore of Lake Conroe. Clean quite and peaceful. A hidden gem for the campers that just want to get away. Good walking paths to the lake. Very nice a friendly staff. We will be back!!

Great Little Spot

Full hook ups, friendly camp hosts, very scenic! Not a lot of through traffic. Very quiet. We had a great view of the lake. Camped in November- Thanksgiving week- In a 5th wheel 33ft.
