We were coming into the area for a funeral but needed a park with good WiFi for an important zoom meeting for my hubby’s job. Very grateful for this spot. Good WiFi!!

How happy I was to have some decently sized green space between each other! Mark does a great job keeping the park up. He even delivered my packages to our door! The shower rooms were very clean, updated, and spacious. We ladies enjoyed a luxury experience that we haven’t had in months. My daughters loved the huge tiled showers. Laundry machines worked well. Gravel roadways. Back off of the freeway into the woods enough to feel secluded. Surrounded by trees but no shade. Nacogdotches is about 3-5 miles north, close enough for convenience but far enough from city life. Best internet we’ve experienced so far!

Only stayed one night . It was an ok park restroom and laundry was very clean. Grass was a little tall.

This is the nicest Park I've seen here in Nacogdoches and I like the idea that the Dish TV is included in the price they told me high speed internet is almost completed here and the couple that are here running it are always trying to help anything that you need just ask
