Pros- flat level park. Plenty of space. Full hookup on all sites. Clean. Gravel on entire park. Well lighted, just enough light. Water taste good. Cons- check water spicket before hooking up. Several not working. Calcium buildup around some spickets. Unbelievable amount of Briar Pickers. Had to carry my dog to the driveway for a walk. But we are in Texas Perfect place to stop overnight
