Nice find. $20 with Passport America. Family operation. Very friendly with very nice facilities. Pool, clubhouse. Nice layout, not your typical RV park where everyone is jammed together. I was pleasantly surprised.

Pretty But Boring

Not a lot to do at the park. Not a lot of local attractions. Road getting into the park was very rough. Wi-Fi costs extra. I have a hotspot and both it and my cell phone struggled. The ladies' showers and bathrooms were nice enough but I prefer a little bit more privacy. The pool was closed when I was there but I understand that they were getting it fixed. The front staff was nice enough but not really welcoming. I had many, many ants at my site when I got there but maintenance was very responsive.

Nice but no phone service worth nothing , wi if , cable tv not included in your high lot rent, they cater to winter Texans , staff is nice , place is well kept, want be coming back

Great Place

Spent some time here. Will be back. Price was $375.00 per month plus electric. Have lots of activities each day. Not a lot for young children to do though there is plenty of room to run and a small playground. A number of permanent residents. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Wifi is by another company $20.00 or $40.00 a month depending on the speed of connection you want. Pool, community center. A number of hiking trails. Well maintained and nice facilities. Lots are hard pack gravel pullthroughs. Level and at least they feel slightly larger then average.
