Just Fine
Well maintained facility. Stayed one night, so tired didn’t hear a thing.

Road Noise
We needed an overnight while passing through Lubbock. Park is ok, but it sits just off the highway. Road noise particularly from trucks was loud. In addition, there are train tracks nearby and the late night/early morning train horns were not great. We were set up right next to the dog park, which was quite convenient for our two little dogs. If you can tolerate the noise, this park is ok for an overnight stay.

Hope To Never Return
I honestly can not think of one positive thing to say about this place...the Wifi worked ok I guess.

One Night Stay
Great little KOA. We needed a place to stay for the night and they had a few spots. They give veterans discount which put us at $31 for a site with 30A and water. We have a 32ft class c. Didn’t use the WiFi. Right off the road but with our ac on we couldn’t hear a thing. Pool was great. Playground is dated. Little store has the basics if you need them. Would definitely stay here again.

This KOA is an excellent overnight stop. Yes there is highway noise. Park is dusty but it’s West Texas. Staff is friendly and park is well maintained.

Did not enjoy staying here. Bathroom showers were dirty, full of hair on floor and walls. Reported to desk girl snd she had a lackadaisical attitude. Said they would be cleaned tomorrow. Garbage cans were overflowing. Doesn’t seem like this family owned park cares much about their business

Stayed here for two months. Nice staff. Park gets muddy when it rains but is nice overall. Does have some road noise and a railroad track nearby. Would stay again.

I wont stay here again. Place was a mess, laundry washing machines were broken, only two for the whole camp. It’s noisy with trains and traffic on the road. A lot of full time campers. Avoid it if you can.

Ok
We gave this park three stars, though it’s a stretch. The pool looked nice, but closes at 7pm with the office, so we didn’t get to use it. The sites are not level, nor are they anything to look at.

Stayed one night in July this year. Staff was very friendly but the grounds were filthy and there was no enforcement of cleaning up after pets. Long term resident area very unkept and noisy

Stayed here only one night. The park is clean and nice. Has playground for kids and indoor pool. The laundry room is super hot no AC in there. However the lady up front with the rotten teeth was very rude but helpful.

Great place, easy stop over for one night. Called from the road, made reservation (Tammy was very nice). Arrived after 8pm, our info was in the after hours box, very clear and easy. Bathrooms clean, staff helpful and friendly.
The train passes through regularly but did not bother us one bit!
