Residents
All concrete surrounding a lake. Very nice hosts. Sites are very narrow. Then some have trailers in front of you parking their full time resident cars blocking you in or out. Nice single unit bathrooms. Nice pool. Too many full time residents, ones in front of us had red porch lights and well not what I like to see in an RV park. I will go elsewhere on my next visit as my guess is this was 90%+ full time workers housing

What a fabulous RV park, clean, level parking beautiful pool and great laundry. Willow Lake is full of wildlife and the walk Around the park with a pet was fabulous lots of grass and open Area. Becky and Larry are great host going above and beyond just ask there is a good chance they will say yes. We hope to come again.

Friendly And Fine
I’ll second all the good stuff. Turtles in the lake are way cool. Showers clean and air conditioned. Did not try pool or cable. Tried WiFi, found it way too slow. Excellent grass, good shade, quiet. Tip: don’t use Waze to find it; Google Maps did fine, though.
Like Tex-Mex? Try La India Bonita, just over a mile away.

Great RV Park
An absolutely great RV park with clean amenities. The kids loved the pool and fishing in the lake. Very quite at night and a great location south of Houston. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

Highly Recommend
Very nice and clean facilities. Gym, theatre, pool, bathrooms, Laundry. Never a wait and everyone is super friendly. Had a package delivered and RV detailed and fixed on site (from office referral). They even have a dog wash. Also the little lake has tons of turtles!
Lastly there is a trampoline gym nextdoor that does parents night out every other Friday for 4years and older.

I have looked at all of the RV parks in this area including Galveston and this facility is the best.

I have been to many RV resorts in this area and this one by far is the best!!! Very clean, Friendly Managment an all around great place. Sites are very roomy and clean. I will be returning many times.
