Very Friendly And Peaceful
Stayed just one night on our way back home. Very roomy sites and friendly people. Lots of multi-week and multi-month campers and I can see why. Monthly rate is super discounted. It’s a winding, hilly drive through a lovely neighborhood to get to the park. It’s in a private ranch. We happened to be there on a day when they had a pickle ball meet up and an evening hayride through the ranch. Super fun! Call ahead to check on the water level if you’re looking for lake activities. Lake was bone dry but that didn’t bother us.

Nice Enough
Spent the week at Lake Medina RV Resort, I’d probably give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars. Site 89 (picture) is a great site with a nice patio and lots of trees.
If you’re looking for lake activities definitely call ahead, there was almost no water. Highly recommend a trip to Hill Country State Natural Area in Bandera, lots of great hiking/scenery

Vacay!
We came back through San Antonio from Big Bend and wanted some different scenery; We got it!!! There are beautiful hills, cattle, deer and peace. Such a fun resort community too. There are 2 hiking trails and planned activities if you want to participate and a Wonderful laundry room. Sites are large, level gravel and small campfires in the fire rings are allowed. Wineries nearby and an Ale House. It was a great place to spend a long week end.

Oh Deer...
What a beautiful spot! If we RV from R.I. to TX again to see family, we would definitely stay here. Yes the drive in is slow & windy, but it was deer spawning season: bring lots of lettuce!!!! They will eat out of the palm of your hand-literally!!! We did not use the facilities, though they seemed far from the sites. The ONLY thing we didn’t like was the “pick your own spot” set up. We went in blind & didn’t realize you couldn’t use the “red box sites”. Otherwise, the lake had easy access & our dogs loved it!!

Nice Park - Little Pricey For Families
Beautiful park with really great lake access. Be ready for some steep winding roads to get into the park. Bathhouse is up at the front clubhouse. Kids brought a couple friends so we had 8 in our camper and it ended up costing $172 for 2 nights including $12 per night for half the party. We were not told that when we booked. We also tried to set up a tent for the kids but it is not allowed here. It is a nice park and the guests were friendly, but I'm not sure if we will be back.

Beautiful Lake
We spend 2 nights at Lake Medina RV Resort May 1-3, 2020. We wanted to find a place to get out of the house safely during the COVID19 pandemic. We made reservations by phone easily and they were able to accommodate two RV sites for my cousin and myself. If you want to get out while keeping social distancing this place is doing great. The office allowed one person at a time, pool had a max of 5 people, they had a dog park, kayak rental, and nice even unpaved sites with full hookups. The site had a patio slab and we had nice shade where we hooked up a hammock. Plan to go back soon. Really nice and pleasant experience.

Good Lake Option.
Enjoyed Memorial Day weekend here. Good access to the lake, however the lake is down a lot. Nice facilities. Only one set of restrooms at the office by the pool, but they were clean and nice. Good electric, water and sewer in each spot. Clean property. Built among some line houses, so sort of weird. Seem to have quite a few permanent residents.
We’ll be back.
