You get all 3 at this place. The Good: Reasonable rates and large concrete pads, close to the Galveston area. The Bad: They don't have a complete loop out from your RV spot on the section they put us (didn't know at the time) so you have to make something like a 110 degree turn back the way you came in and hope no one's vehicle is next to you when you do so you don't hit them. Also the road leading to this place is very narrow and rough. The Ugly: Like most RV parks they don't enforce their own rules about long term residents junking up they're spots, so unfortunately this place is already looking like a shanty town in some areas. Daubt we will stay here again.
