This is a simple, basic little park with no facilities. It was very useful, located in a handy spot for my work purposes, the hookups functioned without a hitch and the owner was very easy to do business with and clearly appreciates the business. Price is competitive for the area. I would like to see it cleaned up a bit but it's apparent the place is being upgraded so most of the rubbish is related to this. The pads are gravel and mine wasn't very level but was easy enough to deal with. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.
