Stopped by to check out the park. It appeared to be completely full of long-term workers looking for an inexpensive place to stay. Had hoped to overnight there, but I doubt there will be any space available for the foreseeable future. Also, it looked like Alley Oop (operated by the city) and "City Park" were one and the same (as far as camping goes), located on the west side of town where this app shows Alley Oop. There was a typical city park next to the small RV loop.
