Noisy location & rude staff

I stayed here for 3 months and the manager Robert was very biased and unhospitable towards me the entire time. So I complained to the district manager Marty and told him I would not be extending my stay and would leave at end of month. He agreed and said I would get back my $50 deposit which is required for 5 days notice to move out (I was giving 2 weeks notice which is much more than the required 5 days). Upon checking out at the end of my stay Robert of course did not refund my $50 forcing me to call Marty again (Will update if I ever get my $50 back). On the final email they sent me with my electricity usage I noticed they changed my name to BLACKLIST and when I asked Marty he said 'correct you will never stay at one of our resorts again since you seemed unhappy' so to sum it up if you complain aboout how they treat you; you will be Blacklisted and have to fight for your deposit back. *not kid friendly *not pet friendly *not people friendly *very very noisy *pool failed inspection

Very Well Managed Property

We stayed for two months over winter here and it was a great park. Easy access to Houston proper, very clean, has outdoor cooking areas, a pool a hot tub, a nice clubhouse, great laundry, all paved and very nice folks. We had zero issues and were welcomed in our skoolie. Only downside is highway noise, so if that’s a big issue, try for a spot on the south and east sides of the park. They are also expanding. I will definitely keep this one in mind for our winter months next year. Was a great experience. 800$ a month.

CONVENIENT TO MD ANDERSON

Very nice, gated rv resort near the specialized medical facilities in Houston. It is pricey, but it's the most secure in this part of town within a few miles of MD Anderson. We particularly love the shuttle service offered to the hospital & cancer centers. The staff is very friendly & so helpful. We've met so many wonderful people at the RV Resort receiving treatment...there's certainly a sense of compassion amongst the residents. Pull Thru's are generous for those who tow and want the extra length. Back In's around the lake are nice & wide. Currently expanding their RV Resort to include a second clubhouse, 2 lakes and many more sites.

Got the last spot This is definitely a “Resort” not a campground everything was clean and well kept. But pricey Very quiet!

Hype Sells

Top shelf resort - behind the office. If you’re just passing through for an overnighter, look elsewhere. Because you will be parked in the front of the resort overlooking a storage area, wet furniture & constant road noise. We would have been better off in a Walmart parking lot, minus the full hookups and saved $61.

An awesome place to stay. Brian made me feel like a neighbor stopping for a visit. The property is extremely well maintained, everything the website says it has, it does. Great neighbors, great everything. No, I can't say I might stay again. I WILL BE STAYING AGAIN.

Highly Recommended!

We have been to tons of RV parks across the country and this one will spoil ya! From the managers putting in extra efforts to meet requests and accommodating short-notice changes, to clean and well maintained facilities, to friendly hard working housekeeping, to respectful grounds maintenance staff...we love this resort! The location was convenient for the work on our first visit and we were thrilled to find it convenient again on a return trip! My kids love it, my dogs love the off leash areas and bath station, my husband enjoyed the quality of the fitness equipment, our entire family enjoyed the pool and games in the clubhouse, and the outdoor kitchens are amazing! HIGHLY recommended!!!!!

Stay here for seven months while I was working in Houston. Very nice resort . Feel secure with the gated area around the campground. Beautiful pond and very nice activity area. Fantastic swimming pool. Managers very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area

Very nice. Been staying here while my daughter undergoes chemo treatment at Texas Childrens Hospital. Very clean resort.
