$64
Expensive
This was the second highest rate we ever paid in 5 years. And the highest was beach access with our own tiki hut. Ads said cable tv and Wi-Fi both didn’t exist or weren’t turned on for us daily payers. Rude staff. But the place was clean and easy to access. Fenced in with gate. Not worth the money.

Seek Accommodations Elsewhere.
The is one of the nicer “concrete jungle” parks we have been to. Well kept facilities with the absolute worst staff we have ever experienced. Girl booking our reservation was terrible and was every other contact we had with the staff on the telephone. We never saw anyone in person! Lots of other choices in Houston. Caveat Emptor!

Nice clean park, friendly staff. Worst part is the wi-fi.

Nice Park
We had a pleasant time at this park while I was attending a conference at the convention center which was easy to get to especially in the morning. Large park with friendly staff and two enclosed dog parks.

3.5 STARS
Houston is an ugly city. With that said, if you have to be here this park isn't bad. Below is my brief synopsis.
PROS: Attractive and pretty well maintained. Monthly rate is good for a large city RV Park. Cheap laundry.
CONS: Omnipresent freeway noise and construction. Some baths weren't cleaned for days. The hot tub was set at about 125 degrees which would've been awesome if it was cold out, which it wasnt.

The wifi is horrible and the office staff unfriendly. There is also 24 hr road construction coupled with horrendous fwy noise. Make sure you get a spot way in the back.

Great Amenities / Horrible WiFi
Quiet and secure park with lots of shade and excellent hook ups. The spots are a bit tight to neighbors on all sides, but the full timers are very nice and laid back. Dog friendly, kid friendly and clean. Laundry and clubhouse were kept nice and cool, plenty to do in the puzzle room or enjoy the piano. This park is convenient to everything Houston, and the access to Tom Bass park is a huge plus. It's a bit pricey, but good for week or longer stays. This park would easily earn a full 5 stars if they could improve the WiFi. Even sitting in the clubhouse, the signal is POOR at best, if even stay connected. I personally did not find the office staff to be incredibly friendly or helpful, just someone taking payment and reminding us that they know the internet sucks, they do not guarantee it - as posted in all literature...

Mrs.
This is an extremely well managed, staffed and maintained RV resort which is close enough to enjoy Houston, Texas and all it offers, yet also close enough to Pearland, Texas to enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere.Highly recommended!!!!! Ten Stars!!!!
