Just Say No To Liars And Thief’s!
I stayed at this park the month of may 2023. The first day I was there my car got hit. This park had video of the people that hit it and told me the would give it to me. But every-time I inquired they had a different excuse why they couldn’t get it to me! Now it’s been almost 2 months and I still don’t have anything but some large bills for repair and towing. The park is not a very nice place to stay it is extremely noisy and you will never get any rest. The staff are a bunch of liars(Stephanie, Jason, and Steve)! Your best bet is lake view park it is only a couple miles up the road and is very nice and a lot quieter.

Sleepless In Houston
Unless you have ear plugs and sleeping pills Do NOT stay here. The worst experience - maybe ever (and we travel a lot). No Good Sam (should have been my first clue) and wayyyy over priced,

Probably The Most Central Site In Housto
I like this place. It’s cozy. Tree-shaded. Comfy. Well-managed. Yes, it gated and walled and lit up at night and loaded with surveillance cameras but I consider that a plus considering the fact you’re in the heart of a Houston. The surrounding area ain’t bad crime-wise, just accessible. However, the place is a damp low-lying area and can get muddy after rains. There are mosquitos. There’s also road noise (really bad at times). These are Things that cannot be fixed. So, if you decide to stay, bring repellent and a noise machine and pray there won’t be heavy rain.

Unkept Unsafe
The park is close to the medical center however not in a safe neighborhood. The park is gated but a Guests truck was stolen while we stayed there. The park appearance is unkept and the bathrooms were filthy.

It’s Convenient but Not Great
Medical reasons brought us to Houston. We found this park online. Won’t stay there again. Bad neighborhood.

This park is not in a safe area, bathrooms/shower is terrible. I would never stay there again. Our shower leaks so had to use their facility. Positive note- they shuttle patients & families to and from MD Anderson and Manger caring, kind person.
Reply from owner/manager: I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. Under new management, we are striving to make everyone's stay as pleasant as possible. We are fully fenced and gated so safety is not a concern.

Not Worth It
We were staying in Houston for a week due to my son's job. We stayed here and while the park is not that pretty, the convenient location wade enduring the park worthwhile. My son's job moved to the woodlands which required us to leave 1 day early. With ample notice, this RV park would not allow us to leave without charging the extra day. We will never stay here again! Since this stay, my son had to go back to this area to work and we stayed only a few minutes further from the loop, maybe about 5 miles at most) and stayed at Lakeview RV resort. Much nicer park and the amenities werewonderful. Same price.

Closest RV Park To MD Anderson
We stayed here for a week while my father in law had surgery. The park was clean but the public shower and bathroom did not seem very sanitary it had musky and moldy smell., may need to be torn down and redone. The staff was very helpful, they do have many patients and families so they are very accommodating. The rate was fair. The park is near I-610 so it was a bit noisy with the highway and street traffic and the shuttle that runs to and from the local hospitals was not always timely. But overall for what we needed full hookup and for the period of time we needed we were satisfied with our stay.
