Very quiet has water and electricity. Has a dump station that is a little tricky to get to. Has a very nice pool but it is $7 a person per day to use the pool

Nice pool
Nothing fancy but clean, quiet and safe. A little tricky to get to so be careful. Nice pool but surrounding patio needs some help. W/E good.
