Run Down
The playground is probably from the 1970s and a shambles. There are moldy campers with debris piled around them. There's no activities or anything attractive. Grass grows high, roads through it are full of huge holes. The manager/ owners can be rude and really don't care. They overcharge for electric. It's pretty much a dump. What they call a workout area is an exercise bike in the office where no one goes. Washers are filthy.

Very nice. Management went out of their way verifying my reservation. After finding I was driving through a stormfront they held it for me until I arrived late the following day. The Misses feels safe here while I'm off working. Tenants are nice. Washrooms and laundry are clean. WiFi works well. Typical slowdown when the work k ers come in. Pretty reliable so far. Easy access to stores or downtown if you like. Switching to long term I like it so well. Yes that much. Pet friendly. Got the info up front about the city and pets. I appreciate that! Not much can be done with hot rod kids on the highway. Their not in the park tho. I like it here. Highly recommended.

Bad News
Stayed here several times because it was closest we could find to downtown. Made reservations 3 weeks out and when we arrived they had no place for us - did not care - and could offer no help. It was a busy weekend in DFW and we spent 3 hours on phone trying to find a space. Finally got the last place in a new park, 30 miles farther. They don't honor reservations and we can't come to Dallas area for ballgames without knowing we have a place to stay when we get there.

Hi-Ho NO NO
Overall experience was not great. The manager was nice and the bathrooms were clean, but we would not stay there again. As two younger women, we did not aways feels safe. At one point, two older drunk men who were park residents knocked on our camper door and kept trying to get us to come to their RV to drink beer. We felt really uncomfortable. After that, we stayed inside our camper for the entire evening/night.
