Fantastic place! We stayed 8 nights! Lots of amenities, best part was it’s right across the street from the beach!! Park is just far enough away from the tourist crowds! Loved it...will be back!

We are spending month here,so far weather is not cooperating, foggy, drizzle.
Park is well manicured. Nice big lots.We have a corner lot and have a nice green front yard with palm tree. All the rv,ers are Extremely friendly.always a party at someone's rv.Nothing is open as its still winter here except hot tubs..laundry on site and clean. They have plans to expand. Its a nice park for the winter.
The beach is walking distance from park.

Great RV Park
We just purchased a new trailer and we wanted to be close to home incase we had issues or forgot something. We originally planned to stay the weekend but we extended it for the week because we liked it so much. As previous reviews mentioned they have a lazy river and pools. They are adding a new playground this week and they are also adding a water park I think it maybe a splash pad. Great for families and for a new person with a trailer all of the sites are drive in. As I mentioned we liked this park so much that we booked 3 more weeks during the summer so that we can have a place to take the grandkids that everyone can enjoy.

Stayed four nights. Friendly helpful staff. Bathrooms and showers could have been cleaner. A little far from town. Internet Wi-Fi work as agreed but no streaming. Everything else about the park was fairly positive.

Awesome Time
The RV Resort was awesome! We used the lazy river and the indoor hot tub the most. We have college age kids and they had a blast. We have an off road truck so we explored the local beaches which added to the excitement. It’s close to Galveston so you can still do all the normal stuff and still have piece and quite in a low crime area. Friendly staff. We will make it twice next year.

Happy Camper
Great place to bring your kids. It has a lazy river, several pools, spa, kids out door theater. Its clean, well manicured. You are a short 5min walk to the beach or take the golf cart path to the beach. Ill be back. There are YouTube videos of the park. May God keep you safe on your travels

Tight spots
I don't like small spaces. This park is like living in Manhattan. Ok for an overnight... would not stay again.

We love this place! So clean and well kept! We are new travel trailer owners and this is our first RV park stay! We are very impressed!

Nice Enough
Well maintained grounds. Partially under construction. Cable is coming off of one direct tv connection so it's fuzzy and non high definition. The wifi is sporadic at best. You will use your cell phone data. Would return.

Hate Calling This Place
Nice enough park, but the staff answering the phone are the worst! Never helpful. I'd rather call Comcast.

First Time Campers
Great place, great dog park and people were friendly and helpful, lots of activities in Galveston just a few miles away and access to beach right across the street.

We stayed three nights over Thanksgiving. Paved pads, full hook ups. They were very full of campers. The roads between rows are very tight trying to turn a 43' class A, but doable. Didn't use any facilities but the pool and spa looked very nice. It is approximately 12 miles from Galveston. Two dog runs. Would stay here again.

Pros:
Friendly staff, huge fenced dog run in the back of the park, clean park
We had 4 small dogs with us - no problem, they were welcome.
Cons:
No showers or laundry facilities.
Since it rained a lot while we were there, the muddy, bug infested 'swamp' pads around the sewer and electricity hookups were pretty bad.
