Very quiet and relaxing place to , well boondock , and you still have water, what else could you ask for free.

Almost Unlimited Free Camping

I stayed here all winter for free. Over 30 water-only spots. Solar/wind power recommended though there are 15 amp outlets by the gazebo and shower house. A simple dump station on site on the north west corner. The village store has some basics but better selections can be found further south in Roma and Rio Grande City. The shower house is old and basic but provides free hot showers. The county provides only basic maintenance and trash service. Best not to expect much.
