Great place to stay very friendly staff great price

Nice Park

Full hook up on double size sites. Not wild about credit card machines in laundry as my cards would not work. Clean buildings with nice pool and hot tub. We stayed four nights. Was he 3 years ago and rates have sky rocketed. It's a good thing they accept Passport America otherwise our site would have cost us $66./night.

Stayed 2 nights. Very nice, staff was very helpful and pleasant. Gave 4 stars because didn’t use the pool, we were to busy downtown! Would stay again.

Wow did not even get past the phone call lady was very rude I would say do not come here does not even answer your questions very rude

Stayed here for a week, we didn't get a chance to use the pool or fish because of weather so can't comment on that. The sites were so close together that it was ridiculous and the way office staff placed us was crazy, our row full next row hardly any, every other would have been fine. I wouldn't stay here again and the term resort does not apply

Last Minute Check Out

Checked in at 8am and turned around and had to leave 3 hrs later. No problem when me leaving early. Thanks folk! Hope to come back soon.

Nice park. Great staff. We have stayed here several times. 15 mins to riverwalk area.

Never Again

If you like trains, sirens from police, interstate noise, steel manufacturer noise, the nightly smell of weed and rude management this is your place! Trash everywhere

Been here little over month nice staff, nice spaces, get a visit at times from the residents ducks looking for a hand out Only bad part close my space is a RVER she is full time resident has two little ones, she has no control over them let them do what they want, need Children Services take care of it
