Nice Older Park With Great Winter Texans

While this is an older park, with decent grass in parking areas and decent trees for shade; the park does have its maintenance struggles. The Golf course at a nice discount while parked long term, also has maintenance issues. But is functional. During the winter there are social activities and access to the Countru Club building for some holiday parties.
