Came to Dickinson to buy a truck and found this neat little spot! The staff was all wonderful especially their assistant store manager, Fermin! Always a smile and ready to help with anything we needed! Level concrete pads big enough to accommodate our 35 ft toy hauler! Clean showers/restrooms if you need them, very clean/affordable laundry area and a nice pool! The storage facility adjacent was never an issue. One suggestion, the area where dogs are walked would be a great place to add a dog park! We will definitely be back!!

Bad Management

This was a good rv park until they hired a dictator for their manager. Toxic environment, so hateful.
