Description

Definitely not roughing it! Enjoy the wildlife along the Frio river, under the majestic Seven Bluff. We have a pool, outdoor yard games, a playground for the little ones, and Frio Fergie's River Store for river essentials.

Our family relocated from Houston to Concan in 1988. Over the years, we have built a business and home that we love. We respect nature and the Frio, and we expect our guests to do the same. We don’t do loud parties, loud music, fireworks, firearms, recreational vehicles, etc.

Great Park

Absolutely one of the best parks for rv. Great staff, clean and quiet park with an abundance of wildlife.

Great Family Friendly Park

Awesome place, great staff and excellent location. The park is small (RV sites) but well worth the stay. We stayed up front in #3 and really didn’t have an issue with traffic. Absolutely love that the Staff patrols the grounds and keeps non-park traffic away from key river areas and the park amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Awesome Campground

Such a nice campground right on the Frio river and only about 5 miles from garner. Very well maintained, beautiful pool, river access, river supply store, and great staff. We stayed 3 months while working in the area and would have loved to stay longer. No cell service, but you won’t get that anywhere in the area.
