Spent one night, woman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The park is very nice and is gated. I won’t be here long enough to check out the amenities but I would stay here again. The only downside is the traffic noise from I-10.

Stayed one night while passing through. 38 ft motorhome pulling 16 ft trailer. Got a concrete pull through. Gated, nicely landscaped. Plenty of green grass for the dog. Nice pool. No complaints. They gave us two bottles of water with koozies when we arrived. Never gotten that before. Good price too. Would stay there again.

This is one of the nicest RV parks we have ever stayed at. The front desk ladies are fantastic and the facilities are first class. The only downside is traffic noise as it's right on the interstate.

Nice Park

We stayed the first of August 2021 for two nights. Friendly staff, easily set up with a 31 foot motor home with a 14 foot trailer. Would probably stay again

Not Big Rig Friendly

This park is not big rig friendly... you've been warned. Will not be back.

Tight

Small spaces and difficult to get through tight spaces if you’re a large rv. Right on freeway noisy. Wouldn’t be my first chocie

Nice But Noisy

When the heavy rain blended with the very loud traffic noise from I-10, we finally went to sleep. Very noisy I-10 traffic noise! But, the park itself was well-kept, checkin pleasant and the water and ice were a nice touch. Okay for an overnightet, but the farther back you get, the less traffic noise. Nice bathrooms but wear your flip flops-it’s slippery.

Excellent Park

Very satisfied with this RV park. When I went in to register, they immediately gave me two chilled waters and a small bag of ice. Gratis!! Very considerate of them and much appreciated. Site was level with plenty of shade and grass. Definitely recommend this park.

Not Really Large Diesel pusher Friendly

This is a very nice RV park. Friendly folks. $40. With Good Sam's. Small pool but feels great after long day on the road in dog days of summer. Tight fit with 40ft RV and a toad. It can be done with patients and 2 sets of eyes. We would stay again.

Not Big Rig Friendly

I loved this park BUT it was such a hassle having to park my truck in the overflow parking and walk to my rv. I have a 42 ft Toy Hauler and there was no room to park my truck. Going to the grocery store and having my truck in the middle of the isle to unload groceries was a pain. I was blocking traffic and after unloading groceries I had to go park in the overflow and walk back to my RV. The park is very nice, nice laundry facility that uses credit cards only and has front loaders. Big spacious dog walks and all concrete. It’s right off I-10 so it’s convenient. I would come back if I had a smaller trailer.

Loved This Campground

Right off of I-10, but didn’t seem noisy. Will stay here again. Clean, nice sites, well manicured lawns. They even had covered rv sites. What a great idea to be out of the blistering sun when it’s 110 degrees.

We usually stay in a truck stop but because my mother is on an oxygenator, we decided to stay here for the night to give the generator a break. In the morning the power in the rv went off. The office staff recommended cutting edge rv services. They came right away and replaced the converter. They were very professional and efficient. The office staff were very nice and didn't charge us for the time we went over checkout. Bathrooms and office/lobby were clean. Rv neighbors came over to help. Would definately stay again.

Pretty nice!

Well kept park, very clean showers with endless hot water. Many long term residents working locally. Lots of big trucks and of course, the road noise is relentless but AC drowns it out. Great for over night and not too pricey. Negatives are that many residents in the park do not observe the speed limit. We were on the end of a row and the trucks came wheeling around very fast. They give you a code for the gate...ours didn't work, the office was closed so we had to wait for someone to leave. We might stay here again if we should be so unfortunate to have to pass through Houston again. What a crazy area...way too many people going way too fast!

One Night

Nice campground, yes some noise from rt 10...easy check in..level concrete pad, all hooks up good, wifi ok not for streaming though....paid $37.40 with military discount....clean, lot of regulars working in oil refinners have this as a spot here...would stay here again

Only stayed one night after arriving late but was lucky in getting a great spot will recommend to anyone who needs longer pullthru.

Almost Perfect

No Wi-Fi at check in and once repaired still could not get on internet. They was working on the problem. Other than that it was as good as hoped for. Very friendly. Very clean and almost every slot are shaded paved pull thrus. Would stay again.

Great!!

Met in the office with two bottles of ice water, a small bag of ice and a cheerful smile! Easiest check in ever. Need propane? They will pick up your bottles, fill em up and bring them back. Laundry clean... showers too. Highway noise, yes but like "white" noise! Slept like babies! Highly recommend!!

Easy To Find

Very nice park with pool, baths, store. Very clean & spacious sites. Negative for me was noise as I could see the cars/ trucks off 1-10. I was right behind pool area.

How do you thank someone for a job well done? With an excellent rating! This park is close to the freeway but was so nice it did not matter. Had everything we needed with an added bonus of outstanding friendly people. Greeted at check in with bottles of cold water, a bag of ice and a Halloween goodies bag along with welcoming smiles.

Just What We Needed!

Very nice park conveniently located just off I-10 east of Houston. Nice pull thru and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful! This is definitely a keeper!
