Scam artist. Advertise one thing and charge another. WiFi cost extra, doesn’t work. Will tell you he can accommodate a 38ft, then try to charge extra because it carries into the lot behind it. $200 extra to be exact. And if you work for a living and mud falls off your truck on his driveway he will evict you 1 week into your paid month. Scam. Working men beware
