La Vista
Great secluded park. Manager isn't on site but half days. Gravel spots, 80 minute drive to Big bend. Surprised there are several interesting things to do in this area. Ft Davis, Ft Stockton, Marfa, Alpine.

Rustic And Nice
Just 12-15 pull thru gravel sites with full hook ups. Quite and nice West Texas views. We'd come back if in the area. If you want flat parking lot grounds they exist in Alpine. I prefer a more rustic environment.

La Vista
I've spent many winters at LaVista and loved the solitude. I emailed the owner, and she still owns the ranch, and the campground is open. I don't know where the previous poster got their info, but it is not correct. My rating is based on what I seek in a campground. People that want activity or have children would rate it much lower.
