We Understand Why So Popular
Book early, everyone says at least six months in advance. We were fortunate that they had a cancellation last night and we were angle to stay the night, and we only wanted one night. Beautiful campground, everyone friendly. Some sites don't have sewer hookup but they do have dump site which is ready to get to. Cost was$39 night but time you add state taxes and fees it was $50. We would love to come back for several days and stay on the water.

We Were Pleased
Stayed 4 nights. Sites were a bit close together but not obnoxiously so. Some sites have sewer, some don’t. Basically, if the site is out on the peninsula, it doesn’t. Our site 14 had sewer, sat up a bit higher than the peninsula sites with a nice view of the lake. WiFi was adequate but spotty at times. Verizon/Spectrum Mobile reception was good. We got no TV channels at all on our antennae. Wife says the bath house was ‘Ok’. We think they rent kayaks but is was always hard to tell if the office was open, or closed for COVID precautions.

Nice Getaway
Nice large and mostly level suites. Not all sites have sewer but there is a dump station and it will be on the passenger side of the RV so have enough house.

Great RV Park
Nice big level sites, clean park. We would stay again. Close to Lynchburg/Jack Daniels distillery.

Great place! Clean sites, restrooms and showers are very clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good for kayaking. Scenery is great with lots of trees and shade. Nice and quiet as well. Definitely be back

AKA Kamper Kritter.
Great peaceful place with very modern upgrades and great access to the lake. Lots avaiable to hold the largest RVs. Well maintained facility. The best state park campground on Tims Ford Lake.

This campground has just undergone 2 years renovation. New bathhouse that is very well kept. This, in my opinion, is the best campground on Tims Ford Lake.
