This park is not the biggest around but it’s safe and quiet. Clean and well maintained. Nice camp store and friendly staff. Located just a few miles from I-81 on Route 66. Conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. Will return again.

New Management
As of 1 Aug 2021 this campground is under new management. We have stayed at this site many times and have had no trouble with the previous owner. We have reservations for Labor Day weekend.

Avoid This One Part 2
So the old lady told my wife she had to leave the park. She said she would refund our money and that she needed to leave immediately. She said that if she didn’t leave, she would have the rv towed with slides in or not. She didn’t care if it got damaged. I was out of town and had to pay someone to move my rv because my wife can’t drive it. All this for simply asking if the pool could be opened. Unlike other parks in this area, this park always has empty spots. I think I now know why. The old lady is crazy and can snap at any moment. If you decide to stay here because it’s the only park with a spot, take my advice and never ask about the pool. Jump in the river, go to a water park, but never ask to use the pool. Better yet, don’t ask about anything because you never know what might set her off.

Nice For 1 Or 2 Days
We’ve stayed here about 3 times in last 10 years. Like it for the price & last minute arrivals. They always have a spot to reserve. Staff are friendly enough. Nice bathrooms & laundry facilities but not sure if they ever open their pool. Directly across from a helicopter ride attraction so if you want peace & quiet this is not the place for you. The helicopters run about every 10 minutes all day long. We like this place for the price & just a place to stay while we’re out all day visiting the surrounding mountains.

This is a fairly nice campground. A lot of full timers, not kept to nice. Excellent cable, could not connect RV to WiFi. Our sight was pretty level. Would come back.

Stay Away
Do not waste your money on this place by far one of the worst campgrounds in the sevierville/ pigeon forge area

A beautiful and well kept Campground! Peaceful and family friendly! Wonderful & friendly host. Average cost but a bargain to be so close to Pigeon forge and Gatlenburg!!! Would come back again!

Very nice camping place. The lack off pavement and lots of older tall trees helps keep it cool on the summer.

Good swimming pool. Super clean bathhouse. Very friendly and helpful staff that takes you to your spot and helps back you in. Shady and level spots. Wifi is decent. Only negatives is bathhouse needs AC and sites are tight.
