BIG RIG FRIENDLY

Easily accessible for anything over 40'. We were just passing through the area & stayed one night in a pull thru in the back of the campground. Nice owners. Family friendly & convenient to area attractions. We would stay again if in the area.

One Of THE Best!

If you're an American this is THE place! With a huge American flag greeting you as you pull in these folks are the real deal. They'll treat you right, because that's who they are. The sign says it all checking in. If you want clean, orderly, family oriented and to be treated like you are valued this is it!

Howdy From Texas

We stayed for our honeymoon. Park is nice, tidy and quiet. Our RV backed right up to the river and we were able to let our back porch down and enjoy Little Pigeon River. Check in was easy. We had an issue with our electricity, we called, and within minutes they were there to fix the issue. Kids were playing and riding bikes, dogs were on leashes and many were sitting around fire pits provided at each site. Thank you for your hospitality.

Be Aware

We shortened our 10-day stay by one day to evacuate from Hurricane Laura’s winds and rains and their NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS policy cost them a repeat full-timer customer. Was $50 really worth it?

Love That Place

Awesome place very friendly staff and great place for peace an quite right by the river nice pool an play ground for kids. Have been many time an will continue to go back

Neat And Clean

This park is neat and clean. The new area is spacious and easy to get in and out. Located on a river and close to the action but out of the hustle and bustle. Price is a few dollars cheaper than most places. Stayed for one night.

Great Campground Near Pigeon Forge

We stayed here twice while in the area. Nice pool. Gravel sites along the river, pull-thrus, plenty long for 5th wheel and truck

Very clean, quiet park. Check in was easy, employees were great! Level sites, wide roads. Laundry was clean and reasonably priced, but not air conditioned. It's right on a river which was pleasant. The pool was small. We didn't use it, but the area looked clean. We would definitely stay here again!

We stops for one night and wish we had more time to spend here. Very clean and quiet with good size lots. Easy in and out. Staff are so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this one.

Wonderful Park

Want to meet the best folks around, enjoy all the amenities, riverside is the site to be. A little higher priced than most but, well worth the stay. Great pads, electric, and restrooms. Friendly enjoyable people working and staying. Close to all the attractions and activities. We will be back.

Peaceful

Really nice park. Spacious pull thru. Wonderful staff, very friendly & courteous. I am so glad we found this place. So much more peaceful than most places in the area.

Nice, Friendly Place

Huge park with lots of good sites. Sites on the river seem to be the best. We were in a pull through site. Sites were a little small but it wasn’t that bad. Paid $41 which is pretty good for pull through. Roads in the campground are extremely wide & great for backing or getting settled into your site. Location is nice & easy to get in & out of the park. WiFi was very good for a park this size. Great people & they have a great church service on Sunday mornings Apr -Oct. Nice place.

June Stay

Stay here was excellent. FHU, cable, and WIFI was available. Nice people in office. Fairly level lots. Concrete patio. Pool was clean and well kept. Playground was fun for my kids. Huge field adjacent to park for parking second vehicle. I have already booked a second trip.

Very Nice Place

First time here. Easy to get to and easy to get out. Usually anything closer to Gatlinburg will result in heavy traffic flow. This place she's for multiple access​ points and close enough to everything.

GREAT RV PARK

This is our second time to stay here. The park is big and has ample space between sites. Bathrooms are very clean. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They rent cabins, various sizes, for those who don't have RVs. The park is out of the congested tourist area which makes it a quite stay. It is within a short driving distance to attractions. This is our park of choice when in the area. The WiFi has even been better this trip, but weak or strong WiFi isn't the deal maker or breaker for me!!!

Awesome, wholesome place. Great sites, great views and easy access to all the tourist attractions. Can't say enough about how wonderful the staff is. My first choice whenever we go to the area. Needless to say, highly recommend this campground.

Great place-had great reservation but they gave me a even better spot than the one I picked out. Nice-nice river views--mountain views are outstanding. Great people that watch over everything--like they should. No problems--going back very soon.
