Has Great Potential for Improvement.

Is a mud hole when it rains! Gravel was spread on the park roads, however all the sites were untouched and in need of heavy maintenance. The campground is very noisy and it sounds like very few people have quiet mufflers. There is also a truck transfer building next door, ie lots of noise. People here are nice though. My suggestion to the owner is to release the money and fix it up. And make more money!
