Website is very deceiving. It's out dated sites are very close together. The pearl tour is a joke. A one night stay is ok but not long term. Pool area is run down.

The website for this campground is very deceiving. The camp sites are very small and compressed together and only a few are actually facing the water. The marina has a rusty partially sunken paddle boat from Memphis. There is also a sunken houseboat still tied to a slip at the marina. Everything is old and dirty. If you are an angler who fishes all day and just needs a place to park a camper to sleep, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away.
