Poor Customer Service

I just called to check availability for tonight and got the answering machine. As I prepared to leave a message, I was shocked to hear the recording say that the mailbox was not taking messages. Really?? Is this how you tell people that your park is full? If by some miracle you were to empty the voicemail box so I could leave a message, and then nicely call back and inform me, or - gasp! - answer the phone and tell me directly, you wouldn't have a one star rating. Your Park has been crossed off my list, and I'll be sure to steer my friends away as well. Cheers!
