Great find for an overnight stay in South Dakota. Easy access from I90. Owners Rob and Polly couldn’t have been nicer! Very large pull through sites and full hook ups. Very peaceful and serene. I highly recommend your arrive in time to enjoy happy hour and watch the sunset. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Place!

Wide, level, pull-thru spots. Exceptionally kind and helpful owners. A true gem. If we are ever that way again, I will absolutely stay again.

Rv Campgrounds Had Been Planned

Just didn’t work out. I had several plans in mind for my own camp grounds with gas.

Great Stopover

We spent the night on way back to Michigan from Glacier. Clean, Great hosts, convenient to I90. One of the best stopovers we have been to.

This is one of the nicest private campgrounds that you will find. Very level, wide, spacious pull thru spots. Very good water pressure. Owners will bring you firewood and ice if needed.

Wonderful

We stayed going to the badlands, was so impressed we stayed returning home! Nice easy pull thru. Our dogs love the open areas.

Traveler

What a pleasant surprise this place was. Sights are level gravel,with nice grassy section. Sights are spaced far enough apart. Owner went way out of her way for us when she brought us a pizza.

One Night Stay

Came in late owner stayed to check us in. Beautiful campground, clean and friendly. Wish our stay would have been longer. The new owners have big shoes to fill.

First Time RVers

My daughter and I stopped here on our way to the Badlands. We pulled in late at night, after their office hours. They had a map to all the sites and instructions for your stay. We found a site close to the pool and showers. The site was very level and easy access and Not close to the next RV. Very nice lay out and with many shade trees. For first time RVers I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the campground and facilities. The owner is a very friendly lady and helpful with questions. I will definitely stop again.

Great Stay

This is a very nice and well maintained RV Park... Centered between Mitchell & Sioux Falls so you have access to many local sites. The owners are very accommodating. Bathrooms are clean but they have a fee shower system (.25/6 min - no temp control). Water pressure is just under 60psi so can shower in 5th wheel. Overall we loved our three days here. Current owners are in escrow so there may be new ownership in the next 6 months. If coming back this way, Camp America is on our list to stay again.

What a nice clean, well kept campground. On our way home from out west and was amazed at the grounds and sites. We will definitely stay again.

What a very nice clean and level oasis just 1.5 miles north of I 90 at Salem Sd loved are site for the night will stay at again! Very comfortable

Calm And Peaceful

When you are tired, stop here and rest. This place is underused. Tired and worn but still an excellent place to rest and recharge.

Great Place

This is very close to the hwy, has very friendly staff. Is a very clean and we'll kept campground and was also very quiet one too.

Really nice place. Quiet. Nice to be able to relax by pool. And they have alitttle antique shop in their store. Very reasonably priced with clean bathrooms. Would like to stay longer but just passing through.

Awesome

My family really enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice and cold. Felt great after a long day on the road. Staff are more then welcoming. Clean clean clean.

Just a stop

Just decided to stop driving for the day and wow what a find! Clean wonderful camping! Great people and wonderful price! Decided to stay an extra night to relax.

Great Place To Stay

Plenty of room and well kept rv park. Owners are very nice..mini golf was just what we needed after a day in the car!
