Park Good, Reservation System Bad

$26 camp fee. $8 daily fee per vehicle or season pass. Mobile app for SD State Parks is nearly impossible to navigate (confirmed by phone reservation agent). Phone reservation agent had extensive list of warnings, cautions, advisories and related fines. One being, leave a campsite trashed, $50 fine. I backed into site to find trash in the firepit, bottle cap, peeled booze labels and Snus all over the pad and campsite. As I was preparing to leave, (with no more than 6-8 campers in the park) staff commenced to mow IN MY SITE! Another mower started across the way just as I was trying to reconnect my Jeep Toad (for which I paid $8, yet never moved beyond campsite) blowing grass cuttings all over me and my rig. Very frustrating!!
