Run Down

Since daughter of original owner took over, no money is put back into the park. We rented for one year and then were given notice to vacate when we questioned the rent increase and where the money would be used. The electrical and plumbing are iffy, with surges, outages and plumbing frequent leaks. When I asked if I could pay to have an electrician check things out, I was told NO! Prior to moving, we experienced an electrical fire in our transfer switch, which was caused by electrical surges. Management took no responsibility, nor would give us any refund for the $3500 we put into the site to level, finish and rewire the deck. Beware of the manager, Kristen. She is kind until you sign on the dotted line.

Great Spot

Campground is in a very convenient location. The management and staff were very friendly, and helpful with everything.

Great park

Love that this park caters to long term, only monthly/yearly rentals. They have a great 'handyman' available who sealed and cool coated or travel trailer while we were at work. Reasonable price, clean, secure.
