Nice Place
Stayed here on our way to and from Florida spring of 2021. Easy in and out. Bonnie was very friendly and communication was excellent. Staff was very nice. Walking trails by the river were great as well as the open field to walk our two dogs. Close to Greenville, Easley, and other amenities. Will go back again for sure. The only reason I don’t give it a five is lack of pool, store, laundry and other things you will find at other parks. Overall we really enjoyed this park. Very quiet. See my review and photo on Google maps.

Nice Private Park
Close to Greenville. Spaces are good size for big rigs and slide outs. Not too far from I-85 but no highway noise. They have a large open field for walking pets or taking a walk. There are a few nature trails on property - we didn’t walk them, but nice option. There are several long term residents, but separate section for short term stays. It is age restricted to 45+, but that isn’t a problem for us. This campground worked great for us to visit our son in Greenville. We will definitely be staying here again.

No one said “No Children” to me, no one asked about the age of my RV and no one said this was a “Senior 55+” park and the rate I was quoted was the rate I paid, we stayed here three weeks, it’s a lovely park close to shopping and the downtown area of Greenville, good WiFi, we did not use or require any other amenities. We will stay here again.

Senior Park
Park does not allow children and prefers seniors. Nor family friendly

Quiet Park
Lived there for several years and liked it. 45 and up park out in the country but close enough to highway, grocery, library, and laundromat. Down side no laundry or pool on site. But there are Plenty of Walking trails and access to the river. They do review RVs before admittance because they want well maintained units unlike some parks that allow run down, falling apart RVs.

Better Option
I have inquired about this place to stay on several occasions and been by there and I have had others tell me that it's a very large and beautiful place, but I have been told 2 very different prices on weekly rates and if that's the charge OK, but what disturbed me most was that they told me that they would have to take a look at my RV before they could let me stay. At the price of either $180 or $213 per week I'm sorry but I won't be judged. I can wait for heaven for that and it's free there. Good luck Ivy Acres.
