Philly RV Parking
As the other reviews below say 'it is a parking lot' only it does have RV'ers amenities. 30/50 amp, water & a dump station. Restrooms w/shower. Free 24 hour shuttle to town & back. Be sure to read their web page for all the good things. Spending two nights to see the historical sights in Philadelphia. Read the rate information carefully and add up the actual cost per 24 hour period. Example; Pickup & trailer = $52.68 includes the (22.5% parking tax). Still worth the cost to see the countries history and not have to drive into Philadelphia to sighsee and pay daily parking.

Industrial Area, Nice Spot
The area doesn’t look like an inviting place to stay, but it’s a great spot. They have a free shuttle that runs downtown (the main lot is a Park and Ride for the hospital), where we could walk or Uber from there and just took Uber back at the end of the night. Quiet, friendly, bathroom was clean and had a shower, WiFi wasn’t great, with electricity, don’t know for sure about water since we didn’t hook up.

Perfect For Its Intent
Campus park and ride is first and foremost offsite parking for the hospitals. It doubles as a place to park RVs with water and electric hook ups. The staff are very friendly and help you as much as possible. They have a dump station that is easily accessed. It backs up to Homeland Security so it is a very safe area though it doesnt appear as such. You are minutes via a free shuttle from dtown Philly and that shuttle runs 24/7. The area is under video security and is gated. It has been an absolute awesome way to see the attractions for 1/5th the cost of hotels in the area. It is a no frills park for sure, but worth every cent. We stayed three nights, while seeing Philly and New Jersey.

Depends on What You Are Looking For
If you simply want to pull into Philly, see as many downtown sites as possible (Constitution, Liberty Bell, etc), and park overnight in your RV, this is a 5-star place. The guys are super friendly and helpful (too bad they are Eagles fans!) You have electric & water hook-ups, a dump station, and, best of all, shuttle service to and from the city bus stops to the tourist places. Also, it is safe-despite the scary looking neighborhood. If you are looking for a place to camp, this is not it! No picnic tables or grills here. Just a huge parking lot next to a warehouse, with hook-ups, behind a gated electric fence.

Great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Water and electric hookup, shower facilities were average. Only stayed one night.

Great Location and Staff - No Frills
You cannot find a better location if you want to park your trailer and spend some time in Philadelphia. However, you will be dealing with a portable trailer for bathrooms that need a lot of attention, and a sewer hook up that is more than 2 feet off the ground, making it impossible for many rigs to dump their black and gray tanks. The guys working at the parking lots are very welcome young and informative, and definitely help with the stay

City Stay
This park is a hidden gem in Philly. The surrounding area is a bit rough but once you're in, you have 24 hour security and are butting up against homeland security, so it seems pretty safe. The guys checking us in were polite and helpful and you are only 10 minutes from town and the ball park. Just a parking lot but has 50amp hookup.

Almost Great
Location can't be beat! Shower and communal bathrooms are acceptable. The single largest inconvenience was that sewer line was placed too high we couldn't connect a line. In other words, we had to move our coach every few days to a nearby spot within the same grounds to empty our tanks. Power and water was just fine. WiFi was mostly consistent. If you're looking to explore downtown Philly and you want to do so in your RV, I recommend staying here then use Uber or rental to get around. There's also of course public transportation. There are regular and plenty shuttle transits to the hospital and then you can connect to whatever you want. Customer service was awesome!
