Won’t Stay Here
Jellystone PA Wilds, Mansfield PA This experience has been horrible and we have been here 30 minutes. Definitely not big rig friendly! Several GPS systems tell you to turn off a major highway and go straight up a gravel road to get to campground ground. There is a sign posted no campers. I called office and she said to just turn around. We are 4 big rigs towing. Can’t do that. Come to find out the office knew the GPS tells people wrong but do not give you a warning. Nothing verbally or on paperwork. The directional sign when u get off interstate has the old name so you don’t follow. They knew this also. Sites they assigned were unlevel. Next site had a staff persons car and golf cart parked in it and cart plunged into the power. Direction for which utilities to use on the wrong side of the coaches. Had to explain that to staff We’re told 50 amp sites but only 30. Dog poop everywhere. I could go on and on and like I said we have been here 30 minutes.

Would Not Recommend
My husband and I decided to check this place out because of what they offer for kids. If this campground was nice, we had planned to return with my sister in law who has kids. We will definitely not be coming back! I personally called and spoke with staff when making my reservation to make sure we got a site that would work with our camper that is 32 feet. They put us in the back section. Our site was very unlevel. The back of our camper was as low as it would go. To level it we had to use all the blocks we had under the front jacks and extend them all the way up. Needless to say, the front of our camper was chest high. We could not get in using the front door because the steps were so high. We asked to change sites but everything was full. Fortunately, we have 2 doors so we used the back door that enters the bathroom. The water and sewage hookups were too far from the camper and could not tell which water line went to each site. The sites near the pool are packed like sardines.

Family Fun
Bucktail is a great place to bring your family. There are built in attractions that are particularly interesting to younger kids, but are fun for all ages! A carousel, on-site train ride, mini golf, tower slide, swimming pool, and sizeable arcade are some of the fun waiting for you and your family. The staff are super-friendly and you can seem them working around the camp all day long! This is an excellent stop, and a great place for race fans or fans of the finger lakes! It's just about an hour south of Watkins Glen International Raceway and more wineries than you can count around Lake Senica. Do yourself a favor and give Bucktail a try. I bet you'll be back there again and again!
