Great For Overnight Or Monthly
W,S,E (30-50AMP), level pavement, mix of mobile homes, RV's and travel trailers.
I stayed for one night very friendly, clean area, affordable ($44/night $40 with goodsam), it was very quiet except for some folks after-work but they weren't very loud and it was very quiet way before quiet hours (9:00pm) usually 11pm

OK, if You're Desperate
As mentioned by other reviewers, RVs are a side line. Fourth of July weekend and we couldn't find any other campground. Wifi is useless. Full timers park vehicles on the already narrow drives, making it challenging for manipulating your motorhome.

Bird With The Sonic
I was on a parkinglot. With grass in back of me... there are year long permanent mobile homes there...
Good place to stop for a night, or get a better spot then we did? Not to bad no to good.. old showers good water.. it should be cheaper¿

Great Overnight Stay Or Two
Laurie was extremely accommodating to us for a last minute holiday weekend stay. We were placed the a paved, very level parking lot right off the road. Nothing fancy and you are not there to camp. It's a place to stay for the night and do what you need to do while in the area. Plenty of room for our 41 foot MH and tow car. We were lucky no one was behind us when we parked. Could be a little hairy if you can't parallel park! Grassy spot for the dogs.
