Blackberry Campground

This campground is right off Highway 34 but once in among the trees of the campsite, it feels more secluded. I stayed at a site on the river's edge which is a small river with a public boat ramp to some pretty shallow rapids. There aren't any hookups but there is access to fresh water nearby, the bathrooms are clean, and there are sink water disposals. Each site has a fire ring and the sites are quite large with several pull-through sites in the middle. Family-oriented place with kind host.

Decent place. Too bad they are not open year round.
